Sorry I didn't post about the show yesterday, but I was operating on 3 hours sleep....a well worth it 3 hours sleep. The show with Charlie and Jack in Milwaukee absolutely KICKED ASS! I couldn't have asked for a better show.
Jack played first and I have to say, he is one of my favs live. The energy he has and the energy he puts out is awesome. He played a full set, sweating, standing on the speakers and interacting with the crowd. I spoke with him afterwards and his new studio album is due out in August.
Then came good ole Charlie! Following Jack was a tough order but of course, he pulled it off! There was nothing too different in the set list except while he was singing 'El Cerrito Place' Jack snuck out on the stage and began singing back up with Scotty. Then afterwards they sang a song together but I have no clue what it was....perhaps Heather or Amanda can help on that one? It was just a great, great show! I spoke with Charlie afterward also and he told me some exciting news! He said he and Bruce are going to start working on an album TOGETHER soon and then on the heels of that he's going to start working on his own new album. Good things coming down the line my friends!

They did? I don't remember that.
BAA HAA HAA!! Me neither! What are you talking about???
Stephanie - It was really great meeting you! We were hoping you'd surprise us in Chicago ... but maybe next time. Either way, let us know the next time you're down in Texas. Gruene Hall when CR is there is definitely a good choice!
